Taking into account market trends and consumer behavior, our Sommelier, Lorena Ríos together with our Research and Development department have developed the new recipes that we will be able to enjoy this 2016.
Lorena is one of the most reputed Sommeliers in Spain, apart from collaborating with Zumit, Lorena is involved in many important projects like the Arts Hotel managed by the international reputed chef Sergi Arola.

The making process of our Smoothie Lines is crucial in order to be able to have a well balanced fruit/veggie Smoothie given that the ingredient selection and correct dosages is key to obtain a Zumit Smoothie.
